Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.

Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. The address can not be changed after the order has been placed.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Customs and Import Taxes

If there is an issue with your order, please use the contact form within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order of non-customized/non-personalized goods within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
